Texas-tied flies
My name is Chase Smith (hence Fish-Chase-Flies) and I live in the Texas Hill Country with my wife, Nicole, where I design and tie flies.
I love to tie Blane Chocklett’s GameChanger patterns, and I spend most of my fishing days around here targeting carp or throwing big GameChangers for bass.
Every year, my friends and I make several runs to the Texas coast, and usually a couple DIY trips to more exotic locations. I like to take videos and pictures of all our fishing adventures, and you can check them out on my Instagram @fishchaseflies.
These days, my flies release in small drops — batches I tie one at a time, fish hard, and photograph before they ship. Each batch is unique and limited. If that sounds like your kind of thing, the drop list is where to be.
